July 22-25 (Monday-Thursday: 10:00am-1:00pm)
Rock out this summer! In this guitar camp, students will become acquainted with the basic guitar anatomy, fundamental techniques, reading chord charts, and changing between easy 2-finger chords. Led by camp faculty Laura Shabazz (Founder Swan Music School), students will learn at least one song to perform at the end of the week. This camp is open to students entering grades 7-12, and all experience levels are welcome. All students must have their own guitar – acoustic (preferred) or electric with your own amp. Guitar tuners are recommended. Camp tuition: $135.00 before April 15, 2013. After April 15, 2013: $150.00.
