Mission Statement:
The mission of Music in the Somerset Hills is to enhance the richness and depth of the cultural offerings in our community and to promote the appreciation of classical music by bringing world-class musicians and musical performances to the residents of New Jersey’s Somerset Hills and the surrounding region. Through the Somerset Hills Community Chorus, the organization also seeks to provide amateur musical artists of all ages within the community with opportunities for fellowship, continued exploration and growth.

The mission of Music in the Somerset Hills, Inc. is to provide cultural enrichment for the residents of New Jersey’s Somerset Hills and the surrounding region by making vocal and instrumental music of varied styles and genres accessible to a diverse audience, and fostering an appreciation for classical music through exceptional performances. The organization is also committed to expanding the scope and variety of performance opportunities for professional musicians and amateur musical artists in the Somerset Hills, and partnering with other local organizations to foster a creative community of music enthusiasts who bring richness and depth to the cultural life of the towns where our patrons live and work.
